Accuracy of Information
Government offices change phone numbers, hours, addresses, fees, and procedures without much notice. Carver County District Court, Court Administration, the Sheriff's Office, and Land Records & Vitals are the official sources for their own records and services. We do our best to keep our pages current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on this site is correct at any given moment. Before you visit the Justice Center, request a certified copy, clear a warrant, or send a payment, call the office directly to confirm.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point you to resources and explain how Minnesota District Court records, Carver County sheriff records, and vital-record offices generally work, but a website cannot replace a licensed attorney.

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, how they price their services, or how they handle data you submit.
Outbound Links
We link to Minnesota Court Records Online, court portals, Sheriff's Office pages, Court Administration resources, state agencies, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any external site.
No Records on This Site
This site does not host any court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, or vital records. Minnesota court access is governed by the Minnesota Rules of Public Access, including Rules 4 and 8. Carver County government and law-enforcement data are governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, including Minn. Stat. Ch. 13 and section 13.82 for law-enforcement data. We point you to the offices that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
